1. Creating/Updating website layout, contents and promotional banners.
2. Creating landing pages for special marketing campaigns and tracking the response.
3. Creating or modifying promotional banners or artworks as per the requirement.
4. Software and website troubleshooting. Contacting 3rd party vendors for support if required.
5. Developing new applications and supporting existing applications.
6. Taking backup of application files and database on regular basis
7. Checking website analytics and visitor statistics, using services like Google Analytics.
8. Monitoring website enquires and generating reports
9. Updating used-cars inventory on website at regular basis
10. Updating Service Appointment list on daily basis
11. Updating Spare Part prices at Parts application on regular basis.
12. Monitoring database for invalid entries and correcting them.
13. Training new users on how to use the applications.
14. Generating PDI and other reports as per the requirements.
15. Monitoring security and user access of company social accounts and managing them.
16. Monitoring Service Price Matrix and updating part prices if required
17. Configuring and maintaining internal web server. Deploying newly developed web applications.
18. Managing user access on various web applications and providing assistance in add, update, delete and password reset of users.
19. Managing and supporting company intranet web application.
20. Generating reports from various applications as per the requirement.
