Job Summary
The Senior Manager is responsible for managing the business operations in the assigned division to achieve company goals. Evaluating division performance and recommending new strategies for performance improvements. Providing overall direction to the division, business development, strong working relationships with key customers, and managing people to support the business objectives.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
• Accomplishing department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating the activities, business lines, projects, and products as well.
• Monitoring projects accomplishments, carrying out actions, and implementing corrective measures whenever necessary.
• Monitoring the performance of the Sales Team and making the necessary involvement to ensure that new opportunities are always available.
• Promoting the existence of Xerox as a part of AI umbrella in the market and ensuring its leadership.
• Acting as a Business Development Agent; seeking and sourcing innovative ways to empower the company situation in the competitive environment.
• Being completely aware of all legal obligations of various projects/contracts and ensuring the team adherence.
• Monitoring the cash flow levels and ensuring targets achievement.
• Being legally, socially, and environmentally responsible; working to position, emphasize, and present the professional image of Company.
• Liaising with suppliers to make sure that enough inventories are available at the required time.
• Interfering in any problem that could affect the customer satisfaction and quality.
• Innovating new ways to increase customer satisfaction and perceived quality.
• Attracting the right calibers and identifying potential career development opportunities for better employee engagement levels.
• Establishing long term and strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
• Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
