Position Overview
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions to sales team and insures proper assistance to management directions
Essential Job Functions
• To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
• To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate new clients
• To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
• Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team
• Training and coaching team members on selling techniques and product knowledge
• Recruiting sales representatives and conducts OJT to new sales staff
