Role Objective:
Works under the supervision of the Quality Manager, coordinates and ensure that quality & food safety management systems are implemented and improved. Monitors and provides assistance to ensure compliance with quality function standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Operational
- Inspect all restaurants as per hygiene checklist
- Check the hygienic condition for labors
- Investigates and handle any quality & food safety customer complaints regarding quality.
- Check the performance of cleaning procedure
- Implement the pest control program
- Maintain ISO 22000:2005
- Train staff against different quality & food safety standards
- Handling all Laboratory testing
- Handling all baladiya issues along with PR
- Conduct internal audit as per ISO 22000 Requirements
- Inspect the hygienic condition of warehouse
- Develop all types of inspection reports
- Performs all other duties that may be assigned to the position.
People
- Raise the level of quality & food safety culture among operation staff
- Improve the staff communication, morale and job satisfaction
