The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure that personal and store targets are being met.
• Achieving the personal and store KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain excellent level of product knowledge
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Following point of sales procedures
• Accurately completing any daily and weekly checklists as required
• Monitors the stock management of the promotion products by ensuring that the products appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantities
• Ensure all store related policies are being fully complied with in order to ensure the smooth running of the store
