Responsible for leading to resolve any production system issues, on-going ERP & Business intelligence systems projects. Responsible for new system enhancements/changes in extending the existing capabilities to implemented Oracle and custom functionalities.
- Handle the day to day support of key financial applications and enable reporting of the same.
- should interact with users in gathering requirements, analysis and work with support team in customization and reports development
-Should support Oracle Financial modules like (AP, AR, GL, SCM, HRMS and HCM)
- Application Setup and configuration as required
- Follow corporate documentation and SDLC practices
Support/confirm/document processes and design requirements
- Adhere to IT Standards and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve techno functional issues liaising with end users and IT.
- Independently write SQL queries in order to quickly trouble shoot issues.
- Lead ERP upgrade projects
-Lead Project with Overall Project Management tasks
-Create public queries (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Perform user acceptance testing and validations to ensure that the application meets user requirements and are bug-free.
- Support the Application Manager - Finance towards any new system or process implementation.
- Develop custom reports as per user requirements.
-Provide management with reports as needed.
-Utilize knowledge of ERP Systems to assist in identifying processes and constructing process flows.
-Assist in ensuring that the end users have optimum use of the system.
-Provide input into improving system reliability, availability and performance.
