1. Lead the design, development and implementation of policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals across the organization.
2. Identify workforce status and project future requirements based on a thorough analysis of sector/departmental or section activities; ensure this is documented, approved and implemented in the company’s master manpower plan.
3. Report on segmentation of employees by identifying headcount by organizational unit, document headcount, identify recruitment/redundancy needs based on assessment of over/under staffed areas.
4. Develop and implement daily workforce and succession planning activities
5. Assist with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding OD methods and tools.
6. Provide consultative services to the HR stakeholders to plan and lead short- and long-term planning for OD programs.
7. Provides consultancy on change management best practice.
8. Plan, direct, deliver, and evaluate organizational development and professional growth activities for the management team.
