- Coordinates in-house, local, external, on-job and field training activities.
- Administrates the learning management system and supports the E- Learning initiative.
- Assists in coordinating all training programs conducted by IBS, KFAS and 3rd party training providers.
- Produces training related reports.
- Supports the delivery of induction programs for the newly recruited employees.
- Ensures that training records are continuously updated and kept in orderly fashion.
- Prints and distributes certificates to all candidates who completed courses successfully.
- Performs other related tasks as maybe required by management.
