The Forklift Technician will diagnose and perform mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on a variety of powered industrial equipment, including Forklifts, Pallet Stackers, Order Pickers, Pallets Jacks, and other material handling equipment. The Forklift Technician will read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. To perform preventive maintenance, they routinely check items such as hydraulic fluid levels, tire pressure, the condition of the forks, drive control, steering and the brakes
Job Requirements:
- Computer skills operating windows based programs.
- Positive attitude with strong inter-personal skills
- Coordinate and work effectively, maximize efficiency and exceed expectations.
Job Expectations:
- Performs all general repairs on forklifts, order pickers, and other material handling equipment.
- Repair, rewire, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Maintains equipment records by annotating services and repairs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in training's; reading technical .
- Must possess great time management and organizational skills.
- Professional with good communication skills. (English)
