Responsibilities
Freight
To coordinate and manage all movements of shipments coming in and out of Kuwait, both domestic and international. Responsible for shipment bookings in all mode of transports and ensure all transactions are covered in accordance to the local Operations processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
To accurately perform tasks related to freight finance includes Billing, cost booking, handling petty cash, Invoice archiving, and compiling.
Transportation
Responsible for the day to day Transport Operations in terms of asset scheduling, routing and driver activity management so as to ensure resources are utilized in the most efficient and optimal manner.
Prepare and oversee the scheduling and routing of assets to ensure accuracy and timeliness thereby ensuring contractual obligations (customer and departmental SLA’s) are met.
