- Lead client’s clarification, negotiation, contract formation, kick off meetings and post contract issues resolution with the client
- Prepare and Review of contracts against available supporting documentation and advise the concerned to apply the recommended changes
- Assist concerned end-user dept with technical evaluation of bids
- Lead preparation of Contracts submission
- Receive and review all contract documentation & correspondence to identify any contractual or commercial implications that may impact adversely upon co.'s interests
- Evaluate technical/commercial clarifications on selected tenders and participates in site/facilities visits if necessary.
- Provide advice in the interpretation of the contract to the organization and contractors from the commencement till the closeout of the contract.
