1. Liaise with issuing / acquiring banks for resolution of submitted Chargeback’s, copy requests, pre-arbitration and pre-compliance cases.
2. Monitors incoming, outgoing Chargeback’s (1st and 2nd), retrieval request and fulfillments, pre-arbitration/arbitration and pre-compliance/compliance.
3. Reconciliation of disputes unit GL’s on daily / weekly and monthly basis, report specious entries immediately. GL balances to be report on daily to unit officer.
4. Supervises the process of reporting counterfeit, fraudulent transaction(s) through MasterCard’s SAFE Online, Debit Safe (NICS) and TC40 Visa.
