• Translate strategic plan objectives for own area into objectives and action plans
• Conduct the entire investment process from origination to exit for own area
• Ensure that investment processes are consistently and rigorously applied
• Conduct rigorous, timely and effective deal evaluation process
• Oversee venture operations and financials and provide strategic guidance
• Recommend and execute timely exits of portfolio companies to achieve portfolio target returns
• Conduct business review for each venture with support from Finance team
• Identify, hire as needed and manage external advisors to support venture acquisition and exit
• Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the portfolio.
• Monthly review of operating statements.
