1. Handling 2 branches of more
2. Make sure all SOP are followed and in place
3. Monitor Sales of Branches allocated
4. Make sure all staff have the necessary trainings
5. Reporting maintenance requirements ( fix or change ) and requesting
6. Daily Branch Check & inspection
7. Ensures that dishes are produced & Presented as per the Standard written
8. Adhere to budget
9. Make sure that all working areas and camps are safe and healthy environments.
10. Manages investigation when safety related incident occurs, write down lesson learned and change SOP
accordingly to prevent such incident from happening again.
11. Manages the Periodic Maintenance (Preventive Maintenance) for all premises, equipment and furniture.
12. Manages investigation when an equipment failure occurs and document the reason of failure.
13. Staff evaluation
14. Manage ordering and stock levels
15. Review and set the employee roaster & transportation planned by the RM
16. Improve Restaurant experience
