Key responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out new opportunities through cold calling, physical meetings, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients to identify their recruitment needs.
- Recommend and offer our recruitment solutions by delivering appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through regular follow up calls and/or meetings.
- Analyze sales reports and develop plans to increase lead generation, close rates, and customer retention.
