Duties and Responsibilities:
People Development & Training:
• Adhering to all applicable labor law, Company’s personnel policies and Security & Safety procedures by all employees.
• Overseeing performance appraisals,and motivation of all restaurant employees
• Identifying and improving operational opportunities for Store Managers and supervisors through continuous in-store training activities.
• Conducting management team meetings, crew opinion surveys & communication sessions
Brand, Sales & Marketing:
• To prepare a Turn-around Action Plan to reach ideal sales level from the existing resources for all his designated stores.
• Defining store’s trading area, major competition and traffic generators, and use of the information to maximize sales.
• Supervising local & co-op marketing activities as per company guidelines.
• Strengthen existing marketing channels and innovate new marketing channels to improve sales.
• Overseeing the opening of new restaurants under his patch.
QSC:
• Optimizing the QSC, sales & profit results of the designated restaurants.
• Ensuring the overall level of customer satisfaction by conducting routine audits
• Ensuring food safety procedures being followed at all times.
• Supervising in-store implementation of new products & procedures.
• Creating long term store objectives and action plans for QSC, Sales, Profit and People development for his designated stores.
• Identify and ensure all machinery of the store is running in full capacity and oversee maintenance requirements without exceeding the budget through implementation of Planned Maintenance Tasks.
Administration tasks & Financials:
• Holding controllable P&L line items in line with the budget
• Managing fixed assets
• Administering of in-store employee benefits & payroll procedures
• Completing store employee schedule. On weekly & daily basis
• Ensuring accuracy of monthly, weekly & daily reports
• Ensuring verification of all cash deposits
• Ensure the sales targets are achieved while special emphasis on food cost target (such as wastage control, burglary, suggestive selling etc…)
• Efficient control over inventory level by careful ordering & expiry management.
• Attending regular and routine government related duties (such as Baladia, police requirements).
• Timely accurate and responsible reporting to Operations Director and head office Senior Employees as per guidelines.
• Manages group of Stores under his assignment.
