- Manages and participates in Styling Salon activities to assure the attainment of sales, profit and customer service objectives.
- Ensures the salon is staffed with the most qualified associates by continually recruiting and the retention of existing associates.
- Identify the training needs of the individual associate and ensure those training needs are administered. Manages the activities involved in cutting, styling, perming, coloring and related services.
- Plans service and retail sales and profit objectives to exploit the potential of the trade area.
- Manages sales promotions. Shops competition and observes the practices and service pricing of competitors within the trade area.
- Handles customer complaints, exchanges, refunds and adjustments.
- Assures that the Styling Salon is kept in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Equipment is maintained and prescribed loss prevention measures are followed.
