We are looking for a Pastry Chef who has a minimum of 5 years .
• Overseeing kitchen staff
• Ordering supplies
• Inventory Management and wastage control
• Producing baked goods
• Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts
• Keeping the kitchen organized
• Developing and testing new recipes
• staff recruitment and Shop setup
The sweet shop will sell a range of deserts starting from layer cakes, fruit cakes, mini cakes, cheesecakes, slices and truffles. Moreover, the shop will sell few savory items.
The shop idea is baking from scratch/Home baking with quality base ingredients to produce invocative items with quality, taste, and freshness.
