Reporting to Property Operations Manager.
• Liaising and building relationships with all types of retailers, corporate and individual/family tenants.
• Promoting our properties to new potential tenants.
• Arrange business presentations and meetings with potential tenants.
• Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications, including Social Media Platforms.
• Maintaining and building contacts with the media in general.
• Develop marketing strategy to increases occupancy rates by attracting potential tenants.
• Writing and distributing press releases, brochures, catalogues, and all types of adverts.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including Online Media Publications, leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printing companies/media.
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• Evaluating marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Analyzing pricing positions.
• Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies.
