• Book new ads. on system.
• Confirm the ads with clients.
• Notify the client if their ad can’t be placed, with offering another solution to be able to publish their ads.
• Take pre-approval on publishing from the management for special ads.
• Follow-up on material delivery.
• Receive phone calls and meet direct clients asking for ads.
Job Summary
The Booking officer is responsible of booking new ads, contacting the clients to confirm their bookings, follow-up with clients for materials, editing and shifting ads, coordinate with distribution department, receive flyers, compare bookings with booking orders and make sure that it should be the same.
