• Support the delivery of Training department goals and KPIs in line with organizational strategic objectives
• Pro-actively design / implement appropriate training delivery mechanisms to ensure that skills required to support planned business growth are available
• Design and deliver management development and leadership programs as required
• Design and develop training modules / programs for QF departments as required
• Assess, gather and analyze individual, departmental and organizational training needs on annual basis and as required
• Develop training programs to fulfill the captured training needs
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to reflect current activities and control quality of delivery.
• Provide professional advice to employees and department managers regarding training needs, training interventions (online, locally or overseas), processes and other training activities.
• Manage and maintain training records on the Learning Management System to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Receive and confirm training requests from the Learning Management System, maintaining proper communications with internal clients regarding planned programs and reviewed schedules.
• Initiate and organize learning interventions as per approved policy and procedures and liaise with the Training Coordinators to ensure that all training logistics are finalized in a timely manner.
• Liaise with other HR departments to ensure logistics pertaining to employees' external training are delivered (i.e. ticketing, per diems, etc.).
• Keep track of employee progress through regular reports obtained from training institutions.
• Look for opportunities to improve performance in own scope of work and the division through customer feedback, etc. ' Produce management information reports as required.
