• Prepare action plans for the development of supply Chain management and continuous improvement.
• Coordinates and follows-up supply operations between procurement and planning according to specific actions for each process to manage and supply all the needs of the company's supplies and materials according to specifications and in the planned time.
• Manages production schedules plan, purchasing, Material control and warehousing to optimize customer service.
• Inventory management, and capacity utilization / loading of the operations through development of an accurate demand /forecast, parts delivery and shipment plans.
• Drive lean supply method to improve performance across all the functions - through implementation of methods, practices and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Define performance metrics for measurement and evaluation of supply chain factors.
• Constantly review and enhance operations processes to meet supply chain standards and to drive business process improvements.
• Working closely with the existing services provider in order to manage, plan and optimize logistics, product transportation, cost and pricing of transportation, warehouse and inventory management .
• Leading and training the whole team to develop and implement alternate ways to source in order to achieve improved cost, delivery, and cash flow, including effective use of e-sourcing or auction .
• Effective development and execution of inventory policies to reduce purchasing and inventory costs year-over-year, and reports progress monthly per corporate reporting requirements.
• Constantly review and enhance operations processes to meet supply chain standards and to drive business process improvements
