• Develop Nagwa brand presence and awareness in the market
• Develop marketing calendar in collaboration with product innovation team
• Analyze sales, rationalize offer, monitor customer feedback, and establish CRM
• Monitor and track competitive actions
• Oversee visual merchandizing
• Spearhead digital and social media marketing
• Develop and build the Company’s marketing functions commensurate with the Company’s products, services and quality values.
• Take responsibility for the management of all marketing activities.
• Develop and implement a 5 - year growth strategy and annual marketing plans for the business, including investment budgets and expenditures.
• Establish and continuously improve the Company’s Brand within the local, regional and international market and ensure it is synonymous with quality.
• Be fully aware of competitors’ activities and areas of weakness/strength.
• Work with others, particularly the Sales Department to improve the Company’s presentations.
• Significant input in all the Company’s literature (not just to be delegated to an Advertising company).
• Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Obtain periodic feedback from existing customers and lost customers and analyse the Company’s perceived areas of strength and weakness as per this feedback.
• Propose & implement improvements in all marketing (and non-marketing) related company activities.
