Team Leader Roles & Responsibilities:
- Controlling Factory Operations (working Shift, Handling Sections Head).
- Leads Factory team (Roles, Attendance, Leaves, Overtime, etc.…).
- Provides direction for all day-to-day operations.
- Well known of each employees’ Job Description incase replacement is needed.
- Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Supervises and coordinates Chefs’ activities engaged in production line.
- Provide Training to the Chefs with the New Launched Product Techniques.
- Ensures all employees obtaining Food Hygiene Certificate.

Financial Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and raw material.
- Manages department controllable expense and drive Cost of Sales including (food cost, supplies, Labor cost, and equipment) to be tally with the high quality standard.
- Participates in Budgeting Production process including material Production Plan.
- Well-known Inventory Culture Background, daily wastages, requisitions, deliveries and perform estimation of food consumption with accuracy, supplies order to ensure the best quality is being delivered.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Product Development & Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Monitors the quality of raw material and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Determines how product should be presented, and create decorative displays.
- Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
- Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all products.
- Ensure high standards of the receiving and Storage Product.
- Implement adequate hygienic procedures and best practices by institutionalizing.
- Ability to develop and launch new recipes and Products preparation/presentation techniques.
