To manage Retail Sales Function, providing support and direction to field area supervisors and team leaders in daily operations. Constantly work to improve field sales and standards in compliance with CnB retail strategy through efficient communication and implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan and budget forecast.
- Provide leadership of day-to-day operation of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company strategic goal.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees and monitors performance on a continual basis.
- Develop sales forecast and analyze results. Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
- Takes responsibility for profit and loss of the sales department.
- Contribute to development of overall retail channel strategy and support retail channel business development.
- Focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit. In addition, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers will be a key indicator of future success expectations.
- Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
- Translate overall retail channel objectives and goals into specific plans for Field unit.
- Daily management of field operations.
- Assume overall responsibility for operation functions, deadlines and deliverables (initiatives).
- Enforce standards on design and customer experience across branches.
- Motivate, develop and coach Branch Area Supervisors & Team Leaders.
- Assist in setting of Retail Channel targets by providing relevant reports and experiences, and distribute set targets between individual branches.
- Analyze branches performance over time, trends and profitability levels, and report results of analysis to Deputy General Manager.
- Deliver against the sales targets for retail channel.
- Identify business opportunities and promote proactive sales approach in field.
