I'm in need to hire immediately a Sales Representative(s) for our FMCG Food production Company in Kuwait (Meat, Chicken and Sea Food). Only local applicants who do have a valid Kuwait driving license are welcomed to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to manage Retail/ HORECA sales volume and achieve sales targets (Food Production Items).
- Keep an eye on daily/ monthly sales targets & operations.
- Ensure and track daily sales to achieve the pre-planned target figures.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports & making recommendations.
- Determined to suggest work around solutions to specific dilemmas.
- Report on periodic basis to sales manager about daily sales.
- Increase sales via penetrating new markets' segments.
- Negotiate with customers about existing and futuristic sales opportunities.
- Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of sales/ customers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Assist in training new sales merchandisers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
