Job Purpose
To assist the Assistant Manager & Shop Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market research and gather client information.
- Arrange and attend sales meetings with potential customers for generating business.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting sales solutions.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions and closing sales based on the procedures and agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for selling/buying the product.
- Prepare business plan for forthcoming product developments and implementations.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
- Checking and following the quantity of goods in the stocks with the supplier.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with management.
- Reviewing sales performance and aiming to exceed targets.
