• Search and screen resumes and applicants (internal, local or overseas) as per the hiring department’s requirements, job description and man power plan and ensures all requests are in line with the same.
• Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews and sends results to the hiring departments. Coordinate with the hiring department for their inputs on interviewed candidates and related decisions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment agency as required to fill vacancies and process travel of selected overseas applicants, Take up recruitment trips overseas for mass recruitment requirements.
• Complete all documentations and formalities necessary to process employment of a selected candidate and ensure its completion up to the last stage. Checking and requesting for visas, creating job offer letters and contractsght bookings, meet and assist service, etc.
• Communicate and follow-up status of all formalities related to the hiring process with the concerned candidates, agencies or departments
• Maintain candidate files while on process and generates recruitment related reports as required
• Attend to new recruits upon joining and requests for all the required joining formalities - creates or opens staff file, requests for ID and finger print attendance registration, distributes job descriptions, facilitates filling-out of joining forms, etc.
• Sends out internal posting and new employee announcements
• Conduct New Employee Orientation in coordination with Training Department and updates related materials
• Supports in updating and developing job descriptions and other recruitment related projects.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the HR Manager.
• Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of the company.
• Responsible for reporting to his superior’s occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.
