1. Arrange list of customers to be reminded who are due for service after 7 days using company’s information system. Arrange list of new customers due for first service using the new sales list of last week from the delivery section of new car sales showroom.
2. Refer to history file & confirm vehicle details.
3. Remind the customer about periodic maintenance of his vehicle; promote any comprehensive offer and arrange appointment with the customer.
4. Estimate the due service manually if the mileage is different than the estimated mileage from the system, insert the follow up card in the estimated day slot in the visual control board to recall the first call
5. Invite customers for appointment when the vehicle is due for service, create appointment sheet, fill the magnetic chip and keep them at the proper place on the control board
6. Confirm the appointment one day before (Second call) arrange new appointment if customer cancels the appointment.
7. Report to supervisor any irregularity and the list of customers to whom we cannot successfully contact even after three trials update any incorrect customer’s data promptly on daily basis
