Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS
Salary - 12,000 - 15,000 USD per month
Location: Kuwait

Office Based Senior QS
Site Based Senior QS
University Project Experience Senior QS
Mixed Use Project Experience Senior QS
The Role
You will be responsible for quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost plan and pre-tender estimate; pre-qualification of contractors and consultants; preparation of tender documents; payment evaluation; checking contractor's quotations and variations; budget control; and final accounts settlement.
You are also required to assisting in project management works for development / construction projects when assigned by your superiors.
The successful quantity surveyor will be working as part of a team to deliver projects.
Particular projects include large scale residential and mixed use developments.
