Policies & Procedures
- Implement the Quality Control Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with the company’s other policies.
Operations
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures as well as the usage of quality checklists.
- Contribute to the development of quality control policies, procedures and guidelines, and participate in managing the implementation of the same to ensure that all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service.
- Ensure process execution within all departments is in accordance with the established service quality parameters
- Analyse the existing efficiency and effectiveness of the Division’s documentation and business processes and make recommendations for modifying
the same on the basis of market benchmarks and in line with company standards.
- Ensure cost effective procurement of quality management products and services, quality measurement and management of the ERP software.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the management.
Reports
- Generate regular quality control reports for the Quality Control Manager on all quality management activities and related communication and / or changes (if any) for effective documentation and reporting in line with company’s quality standards and management guidelines.
