Position will be based at Gulf Express- subsidiary of Al Babtain Group, dealers of Tyres, Lubricants and Accessories.
Perform follow up and process all product ordering cycle and preparing all shipment documents.
Negotiating with Suppliers on commercial terms as per approved guidelines.
Process the order. Follow up on the PI and check for correctness of commercial terms.
Follow up with the corporate treasury department for L/C as per agreed terms.
Follow up on the shipments arrival and facilitate with all relevant documents to logistics clearance.
Regular check on freight rates from various origins and submit reports.
