- Review and Revise the Health, Safety & Environmental Plan (HSEP)
- Enforce the HSEP on site on all personnel through Safety Officers
- Manage the Site Safety Officers
- Assign their daily duties
- Manage their performance
- Manage Safety Reporting
- Ensure Daily Inspection Sheets are submitted by Safety Officers and properly Actioned
- Ensure Weekly Inspection Reports are submitted by the relevant people
- Produce Monthly HSE Report
- Manage all lifting activities on site through Safety Officers
- Manage the Health, Safety & Environmental activities on site
- Manage the issue and closure of all Permits
- Audit that all works requiring Permits have the correct ones in place
- Maintain records of Permits issued and closed
- Ensure sub-contractors comply with the HSE regulations of the Project
- Ensure that any failures are appropriately actioned immediately
