The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the bank during a time of growth and transformation. A key center of excellence within the HR function, the talent management team is currently responsible for succession planning, Hi-Po development and graduate development. Managing a mid-sized and experienced team of talent professionals, you will work directly with the CHRO to grow leadership potential within the bank across all business units. You will design and implement a new leadership and executive development strategy at group level whilst driving the current talent management agenda. A solid understanding of leadership structures in financial services is required.
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 USD per annum
