- Validate updated customer information by calling customers before processing of data into the system.
- Enter data into computer by following the format displayed on the screen and enter necessary codes.
- Verify data entered with source documents, review error reports provided by Audit team to detect and rectify errors.
- File or route source documents after completing work.
- Follow time bound schedules to ensure daily workflow processing targets are met.
- Coordinate with individuals in various departments for resolving customer data related issues.
- Collate and Highlight issues to the Senior Executive, Data Management at the end of each day.
- Maintain Daily productivity sheets / outbound agent call attempt log workflow.
- Capture additional information of the Customer and updating it in the system.
- Track and monitor company gift items sent along with the welcome kit.
- Maintain reports and log of letters sent/ returned by the courier company for the department.
- Contact customers to inform them of various events being held by the company as part of the analytics activity as per Customer Engagement Activity Schedule.
