Description:
- Handle daily all company social media accounts on (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, and Pinterest) and any other new required one.
- Post the daily content with approved and required frequency on social media platforms
- Interact and engaged instantly to all social media fans and followers with proper and timely posts.
- Coordinate with Marketing department, web designer, and agency for standard content
- Search for a new Hashtags and measure the new trends in social media platform to use
- Monitoring the competitors social media platforms and their new updates and activities and generate a daily report
- Report statistics on new fans and followers, number of engagements (likes, shares, and comments) for all our platforms
- Use the social media insights and statistics platforms daily to monitor the engagements, reach and other activities
- Search daily about customer feedback on all social media platforms (enquiries, complaints, MCI updates) and generate report
- Forward the enquiries and complaints to the specific departments and do the proper follow up.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
4. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
5. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
6. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
7. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
8. Coordinate social media content development, campaigns with other communications projects and event calendar.
9. Identify new opportunities to continually improve the social media presence of each client to engage supporters online and nurture them into customers.
