We are actively searching for a Senior Project Manager (HVAC/PLFF) to join our team . The ideal candidate will be an HVAC/PLFF professional that is willing to manage multiple projects. Given that this is a key position, we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Specifically relating to the mechanical (e.g. HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) with good knowledge of Elec. related to Mechanical.
• Developing a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of thecontract documents (including contracts, plans, specifications and applicable codes).
• Leading, supervising and developing all MEP staff, including providing input on or completing performance appraisals.
• Acting as primary liaison and developing and maintaining relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives.
• Managing activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP and subordinates.
• Managing the overall MEP preconstruction and procurement, budget, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times
