Easy Apply Education Consultancy is a professional agent that promotes English schools and Universities in the UK, USA and Australia. We are looking for a Sales Advisor to support students with application process, requirements, courses, visa applications, accommodation and provide the proper support and information before travelling to study abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible to convert potential clients in real sales achieving the annual sales targets.
As Sales Advisor your tasks will include:
• Speaking to potential students face to face, by email and telephone.
• Provide detailed advice and information on courses and services
• Achieving annual targets
• Maintaining good relation and often follow up with clients
• Keeps the students’ files update in a database tracking their application process and number of students counselled.
• Speed and accurate response in answering all inquiries from customers
• Record the details of all sales activity
• Assisting in Education events
• Continually look for ways to improve service, response times and quality of information
