Ensure the clients finical and non- financial transaction, client acquisition, product selling, execution of client transaction in efficient and timely manner.
In charge of assisting customers with disabilities (Deaf/Blind) through directing/ processing and supporting all their transactions.
Performs debit credit transactions through cash or cheque, prepares drafts and Telexes Arranges transfer of funds between accounts establishing Power of attorney (banking) to meet customer requirements.
Credit and debit card, cheque Books delivery, Printing bank statements, issuing ATM cards and PIN selection where PINPAD available at the ST desk.
Serve the customers and perform transactions in a timely manner and reduce waiting time as much as possible
Greet and assist customers in friendly, professional manner, ensuring NBK quality standards are adhered to.
Commits to sales goals and objectives for new client acquisition and product cross selling.
Directs customers to appropriate channels (ATM, Phone Banking, Watani Online) whenever required.
Check and Ensures flawless execution of client transactions maintains appropriate records and responds to customer requests/Queries without delay.
