• Capable of define services to be provided by lab: Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Pollution Monitoring
• Should be able to define tests to be conducted in lab and the protocols and standards against which the tests shall be done and define equipment list - NIOSH / EPA etc
• Review lab layout and design
• Review HVAC requirements and Exhaust / Chemical Storage / Disposal requirements
• Invite bids for equipment
• Set-up chemicals and reagents list and establish cost per test
• Budget funds
• Able to Install Equipment & LIMS
