- Receive calls from Sales Staff/Call Center and schedule appointment for customer’s test drive.
- Complete and verify the customer’s identity, driver’s license and all the mandatory documents required for Test drive.
- Explain to the customer all the vehicle features and benefits, accessories and answer to customer queries/doubts.
- Conduct the Test Drive with the Customer.
- Ensure customer has understood the features and document his feedback on the vehicle.
- Prepare detailed daily report on the Test Drives conducted.
- Ensure Test drive vehicles are in excellent condition, with fuel before and after each test drive.
- Report any problems or dissatisfaction from the customer to Supervisor, Vehicle Delivery /CR Representative/Manager, Vehicle Delivery.
