And we’re looking for a team leader to help develop and execute strategies that can take us to the next level in the mobile solutions industry.
• Acting as senior developer, involving in mobile development process.
• Responsible for business/sales development related to Mobile applications.
• Responsible for training new team on mobile solutions.
• Planning and monitor team member overall performance, as well as project member in assigned projects/tasks.
• Lead Mobile product development from conception to launch
• Understand our users and make sure their needs are at the forefront of every decision made
• Execute requirements in the most efficient way possible
• Solve problems and remove obstacles
• Providing advices/consultancy regarding team development and strategies.
• Completing tasks assigned by senior managers.
• Sound organizational, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Competence, skills and a solid commitment towards promoting inclusion, the principles of development and the organizational goals.
• Knowledge of models of learning and principles of effective teaching, including appropriate intervention strategies
