•He is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company’s objectives.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan changes as needed.
• Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Marketing activities of the Company.
• Develop annual marketing plans.
• To manage the Marketing Department Budget.
• Specify market requirements by conducting market researches.
• Responsible for developing a pricing strategy in order to help the company gets the most profits while also ensuring the customer satisfaction program.
• Analyze and understand specific customer segments and use knowledge to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Provide senior management with the necessary information of problems and opportunities relating to the customer and marketing operational plan/ initiatives.
• Manage and direct the development and operation of the web site. Ensure the site is consistent with the available services.
• Act to sustain and/or increase market share, and keep abreast with new market trends.
• Exhibiting effective training skills and providing job training and performance feedback to subordinates, encourage the involvement of team members within the department’s affairs.
• Act to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
