Summary:
The sales Representative in coordination with supervisor is responsible for all the tasks such as attending on time and wearing uniform, the overall appearance of his section customer service applying rules and procedures to achieve the company’s main goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respect the time schedules and punching attendance cards for in and out of duty and wearing uniform while in duty
- Keep his section clean and neat
- Display goods in appropriate way and place Keep the stock room tidy and arrange items by sizes to be ready for customer demand
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
- maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Ensure that all received items are as per Purchase order like quantity and class
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- communicate customer requests to managementassist in completing price changes within the department
- Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts
