Role Responsibilities will be - 20% Out calling/Connecting with Prospective Customers; 40% - B2B Sales Visits/Appointments; 40% - Post Sales Customer Adaption responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation
a. Responsible for the revenues being generated from increase of subscriber base.
2. Business Development
a. Consultative direct sales for Payors / Providers (b2b) to attract marque customers and also increase the subscriber base.
b. Manage contacts & contact touch points across all channels (phone, email, chat)
c. To comply with productivity through above given and pre-set KPI's
d. Ensure security and confidentiality of the business plan, trade secrets, data, information contents, source codes and processes being handled by self and team, as applicable.
3. Process Compliance
a. Compliance to Business Development Process.
b. Compliance to Organizational Processes & Protocols
c. Compliance to HR policies of the organization
d. Reporting as per agreed format, Periodicity
4. Solution Management support:-
a. Verifying & accepting the solution as per agreed scope with desired outcomes.
b. Contributing on scenarios/test case of new functionality as per market requirement.
c. Inputs to build a comprehensive Learning Management System which will help self-learning and overall adaption experience for customers
