- Prepare estimation for all new job orders which include costing of material, labor, overhead. This also includes calculation of the mark up for every job to ensure that the company is meetign projected profit.
- Coordinate with salesmen & showroom staff regarding customer specification, drawings and other customer requirments.
- Ensuring the job is completed as per estimated lead time by coordination with production team Foreman and monitor progress of the job from start to completion.
- On time preparation of quotation for every job and distribution to concerned departments and customers.
- Receiving customer inquiry and requirements and act as liaison officer of the company for walk-in customers.
- Make site visit when needed to get customer specification or on site dimension verification.
- Prepare ISO documented procedures for the estimation to comply with ISO requirements and participates in ISO related activites.
- Maintain custody and safekeeping of all relevant documents pertaining to the ISO management systems.
- Participates in the implementation of activites related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and other similar company programs.
- Provide help to Accouting department related to estimation reports and records.
