•Received and review the Tender Enquiry.•Review Plans and Drawings if provided by the Client and prepare required Bill of Quantities and Specifications.•Request a Quotation to different principal suppliers for Commercial Kitchen and laundry equipment’s•Review and evaluate the submitted offer by the principal supplier in accordance to the project requirements and specifications.•Prepare the Costing Sheets for itemized pricing.•Prepare the Tender offer in both Technical offer and Commercial Offer.•Provide necessary value engineering as required by the Client and provide Alternative Offer in order to meet the project budget.•Review the final list of equipment’s for procurement in accordance to lay-out plan.
