- Responsible for the delivery of new cars process with the team to meet company standard and to insure the customer is completely satisfied.
- Inspection of the vehicle to confirm its cleanliness and lack of any dents and scratches.
- Coordinate with salesman for schedule delivery date and time.
- Meet and welcoming the customer in the delivery showroom.
- Assist and explain for the customer
all the specifications & features of the vehicle.
- Handling all the customer complaints and requirements and try to solve it.
- Responsible for completing the car papers shall be received and delivered car's.
- Responsible for follow-up car after delivery and confirm the effectiveness of the car's.
- Follow-up of cars incoming and Outgoing with the Operations Dep.
- Handling the entries for the Kerridge system.
- responsible for special operations for cleaning the cars and the introduction of classification and processing, and going out for a client.
- Preparing the daily report and weekly report and monthly report.
