Our client, a reputable telecommunication company is currently recruiting for a Core Network Engineer. This position will be based in Kuwait
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining core network infrastructure (MPLS & IP).
• Providing 3rd level support for 2nd and 1st line engineers.
• Network troubleshooting in case of network failures.
• Plan, design, test and implement new services, products and projects in area of scope.
• Plan, design and implement new PoPs, core links & NNIs.
• Provide consultancy for designing customer solutions to the presales team.
• Plan and execute network outages & software & hardware upgrades.
• Coordinate with providers, vendors & partners for maintenance, new implementations and needed upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain core SLA statements.
• Documentation of related systems and services.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge & skills.
