• Design, Develop, Debug and Troubleshoot BI solutions.
• Develop operational reporting for various functions within Apps to deliver insightful and actionable data and analysis.
• Oversee the design and code database pipelines to deliver data input necessary for reporting.
• Design and document dashboards, alerts and reports.
• Collect, organize and prepare the data for reporting & analysis.
• Analyze data, combining multiple programming outputs to create cohesive reports.
• Provide day-to-day management reports & analysis as per requirement.
• Produce dashboards, uploading and managing the data on dashboard to see the performance of business.
• Administering dashboard to comprehend the business performance for various purposes:-
• Management:- Order analysis, Marketing place revenue, commission, acquisition, mobile order/online payment order, failure rate, restaurant average basket value;
• Marketing:- Website traffic, top 10 selling restaurants, daily expenditure, SEO report, SEM Report, Exit Pool Report;
• Sales:- restaurant profile, close restaurant, revert to open, new restaurant, restaurant busy, restaurant analysis;
• Operations: - Hourly and Daily call report, failed rate report, Agent analysis.
• Overseeing the performance of Premium Listing & Dynamics Listing and submitting the reports to the management on periodic basis.
• Work with delivery hero to align and integrate the business prospective KPI’s and performance report.
• Manage department wise KPI’s and business performance report for Mena region with trend analysis on daily, weekly, Monthly basis.
• Prepare various business intelligence reports and analysis for Management, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Management: - Monthly Talabat & FOC performance report, country initiative report.
• Sales:- Coverage area reports for restaurant/Cuisines, restaurant sales and order analysis, online(Credit) and offline(Cash)order report, Sales of the restaurants, restaurant profile, close restaurant, revert to open, new restaurant, Market place vale, commission, Acquisition, failure rate, restaurant basket value, daily registration, .
• Marketing:- Website Traffic, Total Order Cost, Daily Expenditure, SEO Report, SEM Report, Customer Information(Registered, not registered, New acquisitions), Impact of the Campaign, Website traffic source, Top 10 selling brand, top 10 customers of Talabat, Exit poll report
• Operations:-Restaurant performance report, agent performance report.
